Added "Unfastened seat belt" violation

Drivers accustomed to driving without seat belts will now face detection of these violations by photo and video enforcement systems.

Systems with Traffikor software installed on roads capture images of vehicles. Special algorithms analyze the images and determine whether the driver and passengers are wearing seat belts. If the seat belt is not used, the information is transmitted to the fine processing system.

According to traffic police data, about 30% of drivers and passengers do not wear seat belts, especially within city limits. Yet it is the seat belt that reduces the risk of serious injuries by half!
